Cook Time: 5 minutes 


  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons Oriental mustard (found in the international/Asian food section of your supermarket)
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Chill before serving.
