Return Policy

We provide the best beef Dry Aging Smart Box in the United States. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, just return your TheSteakager smart box within 30 days of receiving your unit for a full refund of your purchase price.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, you must:

  • Have purchased the device in the last 30 days from thesteakager.com by you- if you have received it as a gift, we will only be able to credit the original purchaser
  • You have the original order number or email that was used to purchase the unit

Please keep the original box and packaging material for 30 days.  Please use the original packaging and material to return the product within 30- day money back guarantee period. If the device was purchased through a reseller, retail partner or another website, we will not be able to provide a refund of payment. We cannot provide a full refund for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last year from the date of purchase
  • You have the original order number or email that was used to purchase the unit

If you have purchased the device through a different website or retailer, you must provide a receipt of purchase. Any damages to the device not covered under our warranty, will not be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange are paid for by TheSteakager via prepaid waybill issued by the support team.

Damaged and Defective item

We provide a full one year warranty for all of our TheSteakager smart box from the date of consumer receiving the product. For more information please visit our warranty page.

Our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty against defects or malfunction for 1 year. If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not have an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with similar unit of equal or greater value.
