1 (5 pound) London broil
1 (28 ounce) Stewed Tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 bunch of Italian Parsley (Chopped fine)
Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the meal in a broiling container, pour stewed tomatoes, garlic and parsley over it, and season with garlic salt place on the lowest rack.
Cook for 35-45 Mins, until fork delicate. Let stand for around 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting and serving.
Perpetration Time: 5m
Notes: London Broil is a very lean cut of beef, but it can be tough if not prepared properly. A nice 5-6 lb London Broil does excellent at about 7-8 days in the SteakAger.
